Your WeightCare+ Membership is a monthly recurring fee that allows you access to your provider, ongoing support, weight management program materials, and prescriptions.

**The cost of your medication is not included in your monthly membership and is payable to the pharmacy once the pharmacy receives your prescription from your provider.

You may cancel any time prior to your monthly renewal charge posting to your account.

Zepbound single-dose vials are available as a cash pay-only offering. You will receive 4 vials each month and inject one vial weekly:

These medication costs are separate from your Healthogenics WeightCare+ Membership ($99 per month), which includes our insurance concierge, provider visits, ongoing coaching, and anytime messaging.
