Refund policy

Refund requests should be emailed to Healthogenics via email at support@healthogenics.com.  

Each refund will be handled on a case by case basis and refunds are not guaranteed.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of package.


Non-Returnable Items

You understand and agree that Healthogenics (MD Weight Loss Solutions, Inc) is not responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever in your inability to use our products or services including medication after checkout and processing of your payment. You agree to the cost at check out and that there may be ongoing subscription monthly charges that are non-refundable unless you submit a cancelation request to support@healthogenics.com before the monthly subscription transaction occurs or pause or cancel your subscription in your Healthogenics store account before the monthly transaction occurs. If deemed ineligible for products, services, or medications by our physician partners, you may be granted a refund minus the cost of services incurred at time of ineligibility. Restrictions apply. Healthogenics in its sole discretion shall make any and all determinations regarding refunds and compliance and such determinations shall be final and binding. You acknowledge our policy of no refunds or returns upon purchase of goods and services.
