Shipping policy

Orders received and successfully paid are processed and fulfilled during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 9a - 5p EST.  This excludes observed holidays, times of natural disaster or unforeseen closure of office due to circumstances beyond our control).

Orders are fulfilled and shipped within 2 business days of payment processing of order.*

Orders are shipped via the courier chosen at checkout or dedicated courier when no courier options are available which is dependent on the item purchased.

Some orders may not include tracking services.

We are not responsible for items delayed, lost, damaged or stolen during transit.  We are not responsible for items stolen, lost, or misplaced after delivery.

We ask that you allow 5-7 business days for carrier delivery of your purchased services, products or programs.*

If you feel it has been outside of your 5-7 day delivery window, please contact our Client Support at support@healthogenics.com

*Prescription Medication Shipping

Prescription medication orders will only be fulfilled and delivered after you have been approved for treatment by your assigned physician partner.  Recurring prescription refill orders will not be shipped until after your monthly check-in is completed and ongoing treatment approved by your assigned physician partner.  After approval for treatment, your order will ship within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Address Confirmation and Updates

We cannot be held responsible for shipping addresses which are entered incorrectly at checkout or entered incorrectly during your prescription medication Intakes Form and Monthly Check-ins.  For prescription orders, please confirm your delivery address is correct each time an intake form or monthly check-in is completed.  Failure to update your shipping address resulting in a lost delivery will not be covered by Healthogenics when a reship of your medication is required.  A reship fee (including the cost of the medication and shipping fee) will be required to be paid prior to the reshipment of your medication.
