I do not find that the patch has made any difference in cravings nor have I lost any weight on it It may work for some but it just didn't work for me

Your WeightCare+ Membership is a monthly recurring fee that provides you with access to your physician, ongoing support, weight management program materials and prescriptions.
**The cost of your medication is not included in your monthly membership fee and is payable to the pharmacy once the pharmacy receivess your prescription from your assigned provider.
You may cancel your membership any time prior to your monthly renewal charge posting to your account.
Wegovy auto-injector pens are available as a cash pay only offering. You will receive a single shipment of 4 weekly dose auto-injector pens per month.
The cost of the medication is $499 regardless of dose and will be paid directly to the pharmacy.
Once the pharmacy receives your subscription, they will contact you to collect payment and confirm your shipping details.
The medication cost is separate from your Healthogenics WeightCare+ Membership fee ($99 per month), which includes your provider visits, ongoing coaching and support, program materials and anytime messaging with your provider and support team.

Not everyone is eligible for Wegovy treatment.
Wegovy will not be prescribed to anyone with the following: BMI under 30, eating disorder, gallbladder disease, drug or alcohol abuse, recent bariatric surgery, pancreatitis, medullary thyroid cancer, currently pregnant or breastfeeding, planning to become pregnant, Diabetic retinopathy, Multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2, family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma.
If you are not approved for Wegovy treatment, our team will speak with you about other options which may be available to you.
If you choose not to move forward with an alternate option presented to you, you will receive a refund of your monthly membership fee minus a $45 provider fee.
- You're monthly membership fee does not include the cost of the medication. Medication cost is $499 per month and is a "cash-pay offering" only and insurance is not accepted.
- Once your order has been approved by your physician, it will be forwarded to the pharmacy for fulfillment. The pharmacy will contact you to collect payment prior to shipping.
- You must complete your medical intake form to initiate your physician review and approval. This form will be available after checkout. Please be sure to check your Junk/Spam folders as well.
- You will receive a new intake when it is time for your refill which must also be completed prior to your refill being processed.
- It is your responsibility to ensure your mailing address is provided correctly in your medical intake forms as this is the address where your medication will be shipped. Failure to update your address for your shipment will result in a reship fee dependent on your medication, dose, and shipping address.
- Consultation with a Healthogenics medical professional is required before receiving treatment; any non-candidates/ineligible customers will be eligible for our Non Rx Medical Weight Loss Programs to help assist a 8-20 pound weight loss per month or a refund will be provided.
- This product is a subscription based product. By completing this order, you agree to the terms of our subscription policy.
- Your refill order will be automatically placed monthly unless you choose to pause or cancel your subscription.
- Once your intake and/or monthly check-ins have been completed, you are ineligible for a refund unless you are deemed medically inappropriate and denied treatment.
- Subscription cancellations should be requested in writing to support@healthogenics.com or can be completed from within your subscription portal.
- Must be 18 or over to be considered for treatment.
