The cost of the medication will be paid directly to the pharmacy after you are approved for treatment by the physician.
Once the pharmacy receives your subscription, they will contact you to collect payment and confirm your shipping details.
The medication cost is separate from your Healthogenics WeightCare+ Membership fee ($99 per month), which includes your provider visits, ongoing coaching and support, program materials and anytime messaging with your provider and support team.
Your WeightCare+ Membership includes:
- Online Health Assessment
- Medical Review by a Healthogenics affiliated provider
- Wegovy® Pill prescription (if approved for treatment)
- Program materials, meal plans and more
- Ongoing care and support
**Cost of your medication is not included and will be payable to the pharmacy prior to shipping.
**The pharmacy will contact your to arrange for payment and shipping once your prescription has been received from your Healthogenics affiliated provider.

If you are not approved for treatment, our team will speak with you about other options which may be available to you.
If you choose not to move forward with an alternate option presented to you, you will receive a refund of your monthly membership fee minus a $45 provider fee.

- You will receive a new intake when it is time for your refill which must also be completed prior to your refill being processed.

Your WeightCare+ membership fee will be billed monthly and your medical intake form will be sent in your membership fee confirmation email each month.
