Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This subscription policy outlines how you can change or cancel your subscription purchases. When you purchase a subscription you will receive repeat deliveries. The deliveries are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each of these purchases.Â
Some subscriptions may auto renew at the end of their duration. If you want to pause or cancel your subscription, you can do so by emailing us at support@healthogenics.com or by clicking the link in your order confirmation email to login in to your store account with Healthogenics to make these changes.Â
Our subscription support hours are from 9am est Monday to 4pm est Thursday. Any requests to pause or cancel a subscription outside of our posted support hours will not be completed until the next business day and may cause your subscription to auto renew.
