If you are unable to locate your subscription via the link above, you may be part of our legacy subscription program. You can access that portal here: Manage My Loop Subscription
Order shipping times will vary based on the product you have purchased.
- Rx Weight Loss Medications: These orders will not be shipped until you have completed your Medical Intake link or Refill intake link sent to the email address used when you checked out in our store. Once you are approved, your order will be processed and shipped within 7 business days.
- Phentramide/Phentramide Weight Loss Program: your initial order cannot be shipped until you complete your questionnaire and it has been reviewed by a Healthogenics Specialist OR you have completed a consultation with a Healthogenics Specialist. This is the ensure your safety and that the product is appropriate for you! Once approved, your order will be shipped within 1 business day.
- Redemptions & Promotions: If you are redeeming a voucher or taking advantage of a special promotion, it will require that you complete your purchase in our store and use the promo or voucher code which has been provided to you.
- Out of Stock & Pre-orders: These will be shipped when the product is back in stock or the pre-order period has expired.
- All Other Orders: We process and fulfill orders daily and strive to ship your order within 1-2 business days from the time it is received.
Please Note: We are not responsible for carrier delays once the order has been placed in their possession. While we do everything possible to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible, we have no control of the carriers and delays which may impact your delivery.
Cancellation and refund policies can be found in our store policies section. There are different criteria for different types of refunds or cancellations. All of which can be found in the policies provided below.

We offer several types of tests and results accesses varies dependent on the test purchased.
- Hair & Saliva Sample Tests: These test results will be located in your Healthogenics Portal. Once your test results are ready, you will receive an email and text message notification and your results will be published to your account. You can access the Healthogenics Portal here: Access My Healthogenics Portal
- Blood Tests: My MDWLS Portal
- DNA Tests: Your DNA test results will be delivered to you via email. You will also receive a text alert once they are ready.

Below are the criteria for our Rx Weight Loss Programs. If you do not meet the criteria, the medication will not be prescribed for you. This is for your safety!
Approval Criteria:
- BMI under 30
- Eating disorder
- Gallbladder disease
- Drug or alcohol abuse
- Recent bariatric surgery
- Pancreatitis
- Medullary thyroid cancer
- Currently pregnant or breastfeeding
- Planning to become pregnant
- Diabetic retinopathy
- Multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2
- Family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma.
Please Note: Approval for treatment is ultimately at the discretion of the physician overseeing your intake.
