I love Healthogenics Advanced Multi Vitamins! I would recommend them 100%. I have been taking them daily for over two years. My fingernails grow and get strong especially after I take off gel nail polish and my nails are in bad shape. It does take some time for the nails to heal and grow but without the vitamins it would take a lot more time and they would spit and not be as strong. They also help my energy level and provide essential vitamins and minerals.
